FAQs

What services does Adaptive VitalCare provide?

We provide non-skilled home care services, home manager services, patient sitter support, caregiver training, and healthcare organizational partnership services. Our care focuses on monitoring, daily support, companionship, and safety — not medical or nursing care.

What is the difference between Home Care Services and Home Manager Services?

Home Care Services focus on personal support and daily living assistance for individuals. Home Manager Services provide broader household coordination, routine supervision, errands, and communication support to ensure both the individual and their living environment are well managed.

Do you provide medical or nursing care?

No. Adaptive VitalCare provides non-skilled, non-clinical care only. We do not administer medications, provide medical treatment, or replace licensed healthcare professionals.

Can you provide sitters in hospitals or care facilities?

Yes. Through our Healthcare Organizational Partnerships, we provide trained patient sitters and non-clinical support staff for hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other care environments.

Are your caregivers trained and screened?

Yes. All caregivers undergo background checks, screening, and structured training through our Caregiver Training Program before providing services.

Do you create personalized care plans?

Yes. All services are tailored to individual or organizational needs and can be adjusted as care needs change.

Can services be short-term or long-term?

Yes, We do provide short and long term care depending on the needs  of the client or organization

Do you work with families and healthcare organizations?

Absolutely. We believe in partnership and maintain clear communication with families, care teams, and organizational partners.

Is the Home Manager service only for seniors?

Not at all. Busy professionals, frequent travelers, and families caring for elderly loved ones all benefit from having a Home Manager.

Where do you provide services?

House Managers focus primarily on coordination, organization, and errands. While they may assist with light daily tasks, they are not dedicated to personal care in the same way as a caregiver.
