Methods of Payment
Adaptive VitalCare offers flexible payment options to make accessing quality home care simple and stress-free. We provide electronic invoicing for private pay clients, and our knowledgeable administrative team is experienced in navigating insurance and benefit processes. We are also proud to support eligible veterans by assisting with access to Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits.
Veterans Care
VA Aid and Attendance
The VA Aid and Attendance Benefit is a tax-free, non-service-connected pension available to eligible veterans and their spouses. This benefit can be used to cover medical-related expenses, including home care services. It supports assistance with daily activities such as bathing, eating, and dressing, as well as memory care and care related to disability or illness. Our team can help guide you through the qualification and activation process.
Community Care Network
Adaptive VitalCare is an in-network provider with the VA and TriWest, participating in their Community Care Network. In collaboration with the VA, we are committed to helping veterans access approved benefits for home health aide services, homemaking support, and respite care.
Private Pay
Private pay services require a service agreement, which may be terminated by either the client or Adaptive VitalCare with a two-week notice. Certain circumstances, such as death, may result in immediate termination. Billing is issued bi-weekly unless otherwise stated. We offer electronic invoicing and accept payment via paper check, bank bill pay, ACH transfers, and Zelle.
Long-Term Care Insurance
Our administrative staff is well-versed in the long-term care insurance process and can assist in activating your policy for services. Having a long-term care insurance policy in place before major changes in health or mobility helps ensure access to comprehensive home care support when it is needed most.
Workers’ Compensation
Workers’ compensation benefits may cover medical and non-medical care for employees who are injured or become ill due to their job. This can include services such as bathing, grooming, cooking, and light housekeeping. Adaptive VitalCare can assist in coordinating and activating workers’ compensation benefits for eligible clients.
Trust Funds
A Trust Fund is a legal arrangement that holds assets on behalf of an individual and is managed by a designated Trustee. These funds can be used to pay for medical and non-medical care, including personal care, homemaking, companionship, and more. Our administrative team can work directly with Trustees to facilitate payment for approved services.
